The Dingo is an Australian dog. They love stretching their legs after a long sleep in a stony cave, and when its hot the dingo's like to sleep a lot. When they wake up they need to stretch out their body. Ready? Come onto All Fours. Take a deep inhale. As you exhale push hips up stretching from tips of fingers all the way up spine and all the way down back of legs and into your heels. Hold. Inhale deeply. Exhale slowly. Repeat.
Stretches lower back. Engage care. Decompress spine.
