Are you ready to become a rhino? Get on your hands and knees so your back is as flat as a "tabletop". Now imagine you've just eaten a big rhino meal of plants (rhinos are herbivores) and your belly is sinking towards the floor. Lift head and look straight forward. Wave your horn around (raise right arm and wave it around) and waggle your tail (raise left leg). (repeat with other arm and leg). Come back to “tabletop”. Do as the rhino does and press your feet into Mother Earth and feel connected and strong. When you are feeling nervous, become a rhino and you will soon feel calm and at ease.
