You're a hungry lion. There's a juicy gazelle (looks like a deer with curved horns) just over there, your favourite lunchtime snack. Stroke your lion mane (fur around your face) with glee as you stalk (follow) your juicy prey under the cover of tall grass. Start in High Plank. Drop knees, chest and chin to the mat. Keep buttocks high. Elbows hug your sides. Hold still so the gazelle can't hear you.
Strengthens arms, wrists, and spine. Tones abs.
