Sit with legs stretched out in front. Ask each child in turn what their favourite sandwich is (e.g. peanut butter jelly). Sit with a straight back. Inhale. Sweep arms up. Keep stretching up and reach for the peanut butter jar from the cupboard. Spread it over your legs, tummy, and up to your chin. Then stretch up high to reach the jelly jam jar. Spread the jam on top of the peanut butter. Then sweep arms up high. Reach forward as you release your body folding forward from hips to close your sandwich. You have made your favourite sandwich.
