Lie on your back (or tummy). Allow your eyes to close (if you don’t want to, I will keep my eyes open so it’s safe for for you to close your eyes). We are going to give ourselves the amazing gift of relaxation. If your mind is chattering away like a monkey, a way to quiet your monkey mind is to be aware of your tummy rising and falling when you breath.
Tune into body. Calm. Tranquil. Inner Peace. Clarity.
Knees up. Blanket under head.
