Are you ready to become a ramp so people can jump off it from their bicycles and skateboards? Lie down on your back. Bend knees. Knees a little bit apart. Press into feet. Lift up your tosh. Bring your arms up and bring them to the floor behind you. You're now a ramp. Ramps are also used for loading and unloading from trucks. What's going to be rolled up and down your ramp (e.g. barrel, wheelchair, fridge, etc).
