Sit up tall. Close eyes. Visualise a central channel going from base of spine (root floor) to the third eye (front of forehead). As you breath in and out, imagine prana (life force) is running up and down this channel. Now imagine the central channel is a golden elevator; or a long thermometer with mercury; or the sun going up and moon going down. On the inhale visualise the elevator rising from base of spine to the third eye. On exhale, visualise the elevator moving back down. Try to slow the elevator (up and down) as much as is comfortable.
