T1, 2. Lie on stomach with fingers interlocked under head. Bend left leg sideways and bring left knee close to ribs. Right leg should remain straight. Swivel arms to left and rest left elbow on left knee (if uncomfortable rest on floor). Rest right side of the head on right arm. Relax. Change sides.
Removes constipation. Relaxes leg nerves.
Support bent knee and head on pillow.
