  • 20 personal achievements and successes – even if it’s learning to walk
  • 20 thing that you do well – even if it’s brushing your teeth
  • 10 qualities about you
  • 1 attractive physical feature

Step 2
Keep your notebook by your bed and read ‘Super Duper Mef’ statement to yourself out loud every morning for 7 days.
