BWY Yoga Teacher based in West Wales, UK
Whether you have been practising yoga for 30+ years or have never set foot a single foot inside a yoga class, you can expect a warm welcome.
One to One Yoga
The 1 to 1 sessions are for people who want personalised yoga sessions (e.g. reduce stress). Suitable for beginners and advanced students.
If you’re looking to take your yoga practice up a gear or two, it may be worth your while coming along to one of my monthly yoga workshops.
Peaceful week long yoga retreats throughout the year. Running from Sunday to Friday, these retreats are ideal for new or experienced yoga practitioners.
I’m a fully qualified BWY yoga teacher. My grandmother practised yoga for over 50 years. My mother and auntie are yoga teachers. So, I guess yoga is in my blood! You can choose to come to one of my yoga classes, have a few one-to-one yoga sessions, or delve deeper into your practice by coming to one of my yoga workshops.
In 2010 when it was taking me a several hours to write a yoga lesson plan, I decided to create a yoga lesson planning system for myself – now called the Yoga Teacher Lesson Plan Kit. I used it for over a year until I shared it with a fellow yoga teacher who told me it was the best thing since sliced bread (for a yoga teacher) and it was my duty to share it with other yoga teachers. A few years on and 1000+ yoga teachers from all over the world are now using it which is very humbling, and more than a little weird.
I really enjoy teaching kids yoga, which is why a few years ago I spent hundreds of hours creating a “teaching kids yoga version” of my Yoga Teacher Lesson Plan Kit. You can find out more about my Kids Yoga Teacher Lesson Plan Kit here.
One of my joys is helping other yoga teachers with their yoga lesson planning. Since 2010 I’ve filled my GeorgeWatts.org site with 100’s of free yoga lesson planning tips, tools and templates. I hope you enjoy them.
