DEER SEAL: Sit cross legged. The fisted hand and extended fingers resemble head of a deer and antlers. Ball right hand into a fist. Press index and middle fingers into mound of thumb. Stretch out ring and pinky fingers. Keep pinky straight. Curl ring finger slightly. Press its pad to pinky's nail. Align fingertips as best you can. Bring hand to nose. Tuck right elbow in. UJJAYI BREATHING: Inhale through nose. Exhale slowly through wide-open mouth. Direct out-going breath slowly across back of throat with a drawn out HA sound. Repeat. Close mouth. Inhale. Exhale through nose. Direct breath slowly across back of throat. This will create a hissing sound. Now you're ready to combine ALTERNATIVE NOSE BREATH + DEER SEAL + UJJAYI: Make Deer Seal. With thumb close right nostril. Inhale through left nostril. With pinkie and ring finger close left nostril. Open right nostril. Exhale fully. Inhale through right nostril and close it. Open left nostril and exhale through it.
