Sit with legs straight. Rest right sole against left thigh. Press right hand against right groin. Line up navel with middle of left thigh. Loop strap around left foot. Lift torso. Use strap to slowly descend. Lengthen forward. Switch sides.
Stretches spine, shoulders, hams, groins.
No strap.
Knee or back injury.
