Sit with legs extended. Bend forward from hips. Keep back flat. Hold onto outsides of feet and fold forwards. Fold until chest touches thighs. Work heels forwards. Sit bones go back. Heart lifts forwards. Chin points to shins.
Stretches spine, shoulders, hams, groins.
