Lie on back. Press left thigh down and stretch right leg out. Keeping left thigh firmly planted, bend right leg and grasp big toe with first two fingers and thumb. Straighten leg and take it out to the side. Look over to the left. Hold. Repeat on left leg.
Stretches hips, thighs, hams, calves. Relieves backache.
Blanket under head. Hold ankle (instead of big toe). Belt.
High blood pressure.
