Sit in Base position (legs extended). Hold both arms straight in front of body at shoulder level. Open both hands with palms down. Stretch fingers wide apart as possible. Close fingers to make a tight fist with thumbs inside. Fingers wrap around thumbs. Repeat.
Stretches fingers. Releases tension from hands.
