Start in Downward Facing Dog opposite a wall. Fingertips by wall. Hands shoulder-width. Spread palms. Bend left knee. Step left foot close to wall. Take a few practice hops before launching upside down. Engage abs. Slide heels high up wall. Hold. Take one foot down at a time.
Balance. Strengthens shoulders, arms, wrists. Stretches abs.
Don't use a wall.
Back injury. Heart condition.
