Sit with legs crossed. As you breathe out, visualise blame streaming out of your nostrils. As you breath in, visualise sensitivity being drawn into your lungs and from there into the bloodstream, where it flows to every corner of your body. Continue exhaling blame and inhaling sensitivity. After a few minutes sit in silence. Feel the sensitivity overflowing. That overflow will positively effect everyone you come near. You will radiate understanding. You will judge less. You will sensitively step into other people's shoes before reacting by playing the blame game; a game that no one ever wins.
