Sit with legs crossed. As you breathe out, visualise anger streaming out of your nostrils. As you breath in, visualise compassion being drawn into your lungs and from there into the bloodstream, where it flows to every corner of your body. Continue exhaling anger and inhaling compassion. When finished sit in silence and feel the overflowing of compassion you now have. That overflow will positively effect all those that come into contact with you. You will radiate compassion.
