Sit with legs crossed. Lower knees. Lengthen spine by stretching back up. Raise arms overhead and bend to the right. Bring right hand to floor. Repeat on left side.
Flexibility in hips, spine. Engages core.
A) Bring elbow flat on floor. B) Look up or down.
