Lie on your side. Place legs onto of one another. Bring legs forward. Hands behind head. Turn top leg out, point toes, and lift foot up a few inches. Tap toes 5 times in front of your bottom foot, then raise leg as high as you can. Lower leg to the back and tap toes 5 times, then raise leg as high as you can. Perform several reps. Switch legs and repeat.
Strengthens legs, seat, hips.Strengthens and stabilises torso. Builds flexibility and joint articulation in the hips.
