Sit with soles of feet touching. Swing left leg behind you while keeping it bent. Front right shin is parallel to front of mat. Ground left hip. Lower torso over right knee. Elbows touch floor. Palms together. Switch sides.
Twist. Hip Opener.
Fold upper body over a bolster.
Ankle or knee injury.
