Sit on front of folded blanket. Extend legs. Place hands on floor beside hips. Palms down. Fingers point forward. Cross legs. Lower knees. Stretch spine up. Rest palms on knees. Place hands on belly. Focus on your baby.
Flexibility in hips, spine. Improves posture. Good for trimester 1, 2 & 3.
Pillow under buttocks to raise hips.
