Sit in Base position (legs extended). Raise arms in front of body at shoulder level. Palms open. Fingers straight. Bend hands backward from wrists, fingers pointing up. Bend hands forward from wrists, fingers pointing down (elbows straight throughout the practice).
Stretches wrists. Strengthens arms.
