Are you ready to become a cougar (big cat)? When you become a cougar you instantly become calm and patient just like a cougar. They spend hours sitting, waiting for their pray to come along. Ready? On all fours. Round your back. Tuck chin into chest. Move slowing back and forth. Cougars are great at hiding and are rarely seen in the wild. They can't roar like a lion, but scream like a human. Ready? Scream loudly. Wow. You're all great cougars. Now become calm again. And scream. I'm really scared. Become calm.
