Feel how connected to Mother Earth you are with your hands connected to the floor. It's time for a big stretch after so much grass. Raise your right leg up and at the same time raise your left leg. Now do the same on the other side. Raise your left leg up and at the same time raise your right leg. Let's make cow noises while stretching, "Mo. Mo. Mo."
