The Vajrasana (kneeling) name comes from the Sanskrit words vajra, a weapon whose name means "thunderbolt" or "diamond", and asana meaning "posture" or "seat". Virasana is the perfect tonic for tired legs and arms. It's also a good alternative to Lotus Pose for meditation.
