Cross legs. Place one foot close to inner thigh and other foot close to ankle (both heels are almost at midline). Rest hands on knees. Press hip bones down into floor and reach crown of head up to lengthen spine. Drop shoulders down and back. Press chest out. Tongue rest on roof of mouth, just behind front teeth.
Hip opener. Lengthens spine. Grounding.
Use a hand mudra.
