Objectives
- Perform safari animal yoga poses beginning with letters from A to L.
- Perform lava breathing exercise.
- Understand “Namaste” is a polite way of greeting a fellow yogi.
- Be able to instantly focus on the teacher by using “Eyes On Me” game.
