From standing loop strap around foot. Bring foot behind you. Gradually bring heel towards buttocks. Squeeze buttocks to deactivate hip flexor and quad. Engage core (prevent arching of back). Relax strap and deepen stretch (PNF stretching). Repeat on other leg.
Quad stretch.
No strap.
