Sit with a tall spine with your legs straight out in front of you. Stay still. Then start sledding by shuffling along on your bottom. Your mission is to steer the sled along the most exciting course possible, adding twists (twist upper body) and turns (move from side to side by shuffling legs to the left and right). If you're feeling really adventurous, turn your sled all the way around and sled backwards down the hill (shuffle backwards around the room).
Strengthens back, shoulders & chest. Strengthens core.
Lower back injury.
