Come into Lotus (right foot on left thigh, left foot on right thigh). Place hands on floor on either side of hips. Exhale, press palms firmly into floor. Draw core in. Lift legs and buttocks. Hold. Lower.
Strengthens abdominals, arms & wrists.
Place each hand on a block.
Ankle, knee, shoulder or wrist injury.
