Step right foot forward between hands. Come up onto ball of left foot as you straighten left leg. Place left hand on mat, on inside of right foot. Extend right arm up toward ceiling and gaze up. Lengthen sternum. Twist open from upper back. Maintain a straight line of energy through right arm. Repeat on other side.
Uses all muscles.
Headache. High or low blood pressure.
