Are you ready to become a surfer and ride the waves? Come into surfer pose when you want to feel balanced and calm even when there are waves crashing all around you. Ready? Take feet wide apart. Stand tall. Step one foot back. Take arms up. Bend your front knee. And surf. Wow. There's a really big wave coming. Feel like there's glue on your feet and it's stuck you firmly to your surf board. Well done! The wave came and you kept glued to your surf board.
