Sit soles of feet touching (Butterfly Pose). Mentally say: I am free and powerful as an eagle. Fix gaze at a point in front of you. Lift arms to shoulder height. Take right arm across left. Bend elbow. Bring backs of hands together. Bring palms together. Release. Repeat with left arm across right.
Strengthens ankles. Releases tightness in shoulders.
Use a wall to support back.
