Place sole of right foot in inner left thigh with toes on floor. Left leg straight forward. Point toes. Grab left foot with both hands. Gaze at foot. Lengthen spine. Bend forward. Hold. Release. Repeat on other side.
Stretches hips, back of body and groins.
Blanket under buttocks. Use a strap.
