Bring left foot in Half Lotus over right thigh. Bend right leg. Place right foot flat on floor. Bring heel close to buttocks. Right arm up and around right bend leg. Grab left hand or wrist, as in B, or release Half Lotus and bend left leg on the floor, as in B2. Look up keeping the grip. Lengthen spine. Bend forward. Hold. Release.
Engages core. Cures gaseous movements in stomach.
