Sit upright with legs in lotus (with help of hands, place right foot on left thigh and left foot on right thigh). Come into Lotus Shoulderstand (Padma Sarvangasana) and slowly bring legs towards head until knees touch floor beside ears. Support back with hands. Relax whole body. Hold.
Engage abs. Stimulates circulation and breath.
