Sit in Butterfly (soles of feet touching). Take left leg and swing it behind you (while keeping it bent). Front right shin parallel to front of mat. Ground left hip. Twist towards your front leg. Walk hands forwards (walk hands to the side to deepen the twist). Hold. Repeat on other side.

Fold upper body over a bolster.
