Sit with back against a wall (this will stop lower back sinking). Bend left knee. Place right ankle on left thigh. The closer you draw the left foot towards you, the more intense the stretch. Repeat on other side.
Arms & shoulder stretch. Hip opener. Chest opener. Core. Ankle stretch.
