Stand tall with feet wider than hip-width apart. Interlace fingers behind the back. Inhale, lift chest, and extend arms backward. Exhale, hinge forward from hips, keeping spine straight. Extend arms overhead, parallel to the ground. Hold for a few breaths, then slowly return to upright position.
