Lie on your back. Knees bent. Arms are out to the side. Palms facing upwards. Press your arms down as though you're creating an indentation in the snow. Chin tucked in. Arms stay in contact with the floor as you slide them up and down to create snow angels.
Mid-back and shoulder mobility.
A) Small rolled towel under the small of your back. B) Clap overhead while closing the arms and legs. C) Supine Star (no leg or arm movement).
Don't increase the space in the small of your back (or your spine will be out of alignment).
