Part I: Lie on back. Knees up. Arms by sides. Nod chin. Raise arms up (palms facing each other) while at the same time raising upper body until arms are parallel to mat. Engage core. Part II: Release head to mat while raising arms up. Keep repeating part I and II.
Correct alignment of the head and neck. Arm strengthener. Engage core.
