Lie face down. Feet touching or slightly apart. Hands palms down just in front of shoulders. Engage abs. Exhale, reach arms forward into superman/woman position. Still looking at mat. Inhale, circle arms towards hips and lift up. Bottom ribs remain on mat and head continues the line of the upper back. Repeat.
Increases flexibility and strength of upper spine.
