Lie on your front. Place index fingers & thumbs together to form a diamond shape. Palms on mat. Elbows open. Rest forehead on back of hands. Exhale, lift head and chest. Keep lower ribs in contact with mat. Back of neck long. Inhale, hold position. Exhale, return to the start.
Strengthens lower back and core.
Folded blanket under hips or abdomen.
