Lie on back with legs and arms close together. Turn right foot out. Glide sole of foot up inner leg to whatever position is comfortable. Feel the knee is heavy and dropping to the mat on each exhale. Raise hands behind head and bring palms together. Hold. Repeat on other side.
Tune into body. Calm. Tranquil. Inner Peace. Preparation for Tree pose.
