Start in a high kneeling position with your feet and legs together. Sit on heels. Keep heels and toes pointing straight back, in the same direction as each other (not rolling out or in). Sit tall. Rest hands on thighs with palms facing up or down.
Stretches thighs, knees, ankles.
Bolster or block between legs. Folded blanket below knees, or under buttocks.
Knee or ankle injury.
