From Pigeon (right knee forward), move left foot toward spine. Extend both arms overhead. Keep spine tall. Bend elbows. Reach back for left foot. Keep foot slightly flexed or pointed. Lift gaze without collapsing neck. Release. Switch sides.
A) Folded blanket under hip. B) Yoga block under hip. C) To help with leverage for the back leg use a strap. D) Drop your head back touching sole of foot to crown of your head.
