Lie on belly. Hands by torso. Palms up. Bend knees. Heels close to buttocks. Hold ankles. Knees hip width. Lift heels away from buttocks. Lift thighs. Burrow tailbone into floor. Keep back muscles soft. Press shoulder blades against back. Move shoulders away from ears. Gaze forward. Release.
Stretches thighs, groins, abs, chest, throat, hip flexors.
Use a strap.
