Sit with legs extended. Bend left leg and bring foot to mat. Flex right foot. Right hand on mat. Extend left arm on inside of leg and take hold of strap. Lean forward. Wrap left arm around left leg. Grab hold of strap with right hand to come into a bind. Inhale, open chest. Exhale, fold forward. Repeat on other side.
Hip opener.
