From Warrior II bring rear hand down back of rear leg. Bring front arm next to ear. Front knee bent over ankle. Reach rear hand down as you come into a Backbend. Gaze up. Switch sides.
Strengthens legs. Stretches spine.
Raise back heel on folded blanket.
High blood pressurere. Shoulder or back injury.
